About me

I help clients solve business problems.

I can be most useful when you have an idea, a challenge or a situation that needs to be worked through, but you are not yet sure which direction to take. This might mean starting a new business, developing a new service or business direction, or wanting to better understand the people you work with, improve communication or strengthen the way you lead your team.

I do not come in with a ready-made solution. I start by listening and asking questions to understand where things are actually getting stuck. From there, we look together at what makes sense and what the next steps should be.

If something falls outside my area of expertise, I will tell you openly and, where appropriate, recommend other professionals who can help

My Experience & Qualifications

Over the past 20+ years, my career has taken me from tourism & the corporate world to startups and business consulting.
I have founded and developed startup ventures and was nominated for the Founder of the Year award in 2019 and 2020 as part of BestInvest Croatia.
My hands-on experience is complemented by formal education and professional qualifications:

    • MBA (Master of Business Administration)
    • MA in International Relations and Diplomacy
    • MA in Sociology
    • PRINCE2 Practitioner (project management degree)
    • SDI 2.0 Certified Facilitator (authorized to work with SDI 2.0 psychometrics)

I have also completed executive education programmes at London Business School and IEDC – Bled School of Management in digital marketing, finance and human resources management.
I continue to develop my expertise through ongoing professional education in the areas in which I work.

How I Work

Everything starts with an initial consultation. We usually set aside around an hour for our first meeting, giving you time to explain what you want to start, change or solve. I listen, ask questions and try to understand where things are getting stuck and how I can help.

If we decide to continue working together, we agree on the next meeting and a way of working that fits your situation. Sometimes a few consultations are enough; in other cases, it makes sense to work together over a longer period. I don’t follow a fixed formula – the way we work depends on what you actually need.

Business Startup – Up & Development Support

Do you have a business idea, a new service or a product, but you’re not sure where to start? Or are you already running a business and looking to develop something new, but need help getting everything into shape?

I help you turn the idea into something more concrete and assess what makes business sense.

Leadership, Motivation & Team Dynamics– SDI 2.0

SDI 2.0 is a relationship-focused psychometric assessment that helps you better understand yourself, the people you work with, and relationships you build together.

Your SDI profile gives you a clearer understanding of what motivates you, what your strengths are, how you respond to conflict, and how your communication style affects others.

It can help answer questions such as:

    • Why does working and communicating with some people feel natural, while with others it constantly seems difficult?
    • What truly motivates me, and what matters to me at work?
    • How do I respond when conflict or pressure arises?
    • How does my communication style affect other people?
    • How can I recognise what matters to others and adapt the way I communicate with them?

What does an individual SDI consultation look like?

You first complete the SDI 2.0 assessment online, after which your individual profile is generated.

We then have an individual consultation of approximately 90 minutes, during which we explore your motives, strengths, communication style and responses to conflict, and relate them to real situations from your professional and personal life.

The goal is not simply to receive an assessment result, but to understand what it means in practice and how you can use those insights in your relationships with other people.

SDI 2.0 for Teams

When working with a team, each team member first completes the SDI 2.0 assessment individually. We then work through the results together and explore the dynamics of the team as a whole.

Team sessions can be delivered online or in person. The length of the programme depends on the size of the team and the goals of the work and typically consists of two sessions of 90 to 120 minutes each. The programme can be adapted to the size of the team and the specific areas you want to work on.

It is particularly useful for:

    • leaders and managers who want to better understand and lead different members of their team
    • teams where capable individuals struggle to work well together and it is not entirely clear why
    • project teams whose members have different working and communication styles
    • organisations that want to improve collaboration and the way conflict is recognised and managed

The aim is to develop stronger Relationship Intelligence (RQ) – the ability to understand and adapt to different relationship dynamics in order to improve communication, collaboration and conflict resolution.
